Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

We offer a 3-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery.

Eligible returns are processed in the form of Zevarly Store Credit.

Please note:

• Bank refunds or cash refunds are not available.
  
• A ₹80 Return & Reverse Logistics Fee is applicable once per entire order, irrespective of the number of products being returned.
  
• Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  
• International orders are currently not eligible for free return shipping.

To ensure a smooth return process, kindly make sure the following conditions are fulfilled:

• Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  
• A complete unboxing video is mandatory for every return request.
  
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  
• The original product tag must remain attached and untampered.
  
• 
  The original Zevarly jewellery box, invoice, tags, pouch (if applicable), and all accessories must be returned.
  
• Complimentary gifts received with the order must also be returned.
  
• The jewellery must be free from scratches, stains, perfume marks, water damage, missing stones, broken locks, or any alterations.
  
• All embellishments, clasps, chains, pearls, and decorative elements must remain intact.

Returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:

• The return request is raised after the 3-day return window.
  
• The mandatory unboxing video is unavailable.
  
• The original product tag has been removed, cut, or damaged.
  
• 
  he product has been worn, used, altered, or repaired.
  
• 
  Original packaging, invoice, tags, accessories, or complimentary gifts are missing.
  

The product has been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, perfume, chemicals, or water exposure.

• Individual items from a combo or promotional offer are returned separately.
  
• Products purchased during sale or using Store Credit.
  
• The return parcel is sent without prior approval from the Zevarly Customer Care Team.
  

Zevarly reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet the above conditions.

Step 1

Contact our Customer Care Team within 3 days of receiving your order.

Step 2

Share your Order Number, reason for return, clear product images, and the complete unboxing video.

Step 3

Our team will review your request within 24 hours.

Step 4

Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged wherever service is available.

Step 5

After the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection, your Zevarly Store Credit will be issued.

We offer exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Products are eligible for exchange only if they are:

• Unused and unworn.
  
• Returned with original packaging, invoice, tags, and accessories.
  
• In their original condition without any signs of use.
  
• Successfully approved after our quality inspection.
  

An ₹80 Exchange & Reverse Logistics Fee is applicable once per order.

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please Note:

Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products are eligible for replacement only. Refunds or Store Credit are not applicable in such cases.

Approved returns are issued as Zevarly Store Credit.

Your Store Credit can be redeemed on any future purchase made through our website and never expires.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

For eligible prepaid order cancellations made before dispatch, the amount will be issued as Zevarly Store Credit.

Bank refunds are not available.
