Sales Policy

At Zevarly, operated by Rishabh International, a binding agreement is established once an order is placed by you (the buyer) and accepted by us (the seller). The price mentioned on the invoice at the time of confirmation will be the final price, inclusive of all taxes and shipment charges.

Order Confirmation and Cancellation

  • Orders confirmed by the buyer are final. In case of order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. However, cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the order by emailing support@zevarly.com with the order details.

  • Rishabh International reserves the right to cancel an order in case of unauthorized payment activity.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours by email at support@zevarly.com with:
    • Product tag
    • Product image
    • Invoice copy
  2. We will arrange a free pickup from your address.
  3. Upon receipt and quality check (QC) approval, the correct product will be shipped within 5–7 working days.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation:
    • You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it.
    • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 working days via the original payment method.
  • Returns:
    • Notify us about a return within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@zevarly.com with:
      • Product tag
      • Product image
      • Invoice copy
    • We will arrange a free pickup for eligible returns.
  • Refund Process:
    • After receiving the returned product, our QC team will inspect it.
    • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
